Thomas Tesmer – Chairman of the Board, has more than 25 years in the transaction processing industry with in depth technical competence in all areas of transaction data processing. He has particular expertise in high volume transaction applications relating to the electronic funds transfer industry and point-of-sale payments. Presently he serves as the Senior Vice President of Processing with ITC Financial Services a pioneer in electronic payment solutions using stored value cards. Most recently, he also served as Executive Vice President of Front End Systems for Heartland Payment Systems Inc, one of the largest independent merchant payment-processing organizations in the United States. He also was the President and CEO of Access Services Inc, a credit card merchant payments processing corporation.
Bill
Jurika–Board Member and Chairman of the Compensation Committee, first
entered the investment arena in 1967 as a broker
for Francis I. Dupont & Company. He joined
E.F. Hutton as a Vice President of Institutional
Sales, and founded Jurika & Voyles, Inc.,
an investment management firm, in 1976. Jurika
& Voyles grew to manage over $7 billion in
assets for private and institutional clients.
The corporation was subsequently sold to New England
Investment Companies in 1997. He co-founded
the investment management company JMK Investment
Partners, LLC.
Mike Keough
– Q Comm CEO/President served as CEO, President, and Chief Strategy Officer of ClearOne Communications, a $60-million and 265-employee company that offers industry leading audio, video, and web-based conferencing products and services. During his tenure there from 2002 to 2004, shareholder value increased over 600%. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Keough served as Senior Vice President of World Wide Sales for Tempo, a division of Textron, and Learnframe. His responsibilities there included building multinational sales organizations, developing strategic partnerships, and winning business from such clients as Bell South, SBC, Ameritech, Verizon, Quest, Corning, and JDS Uniphase. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Keough worked as Senior Vice President of Sales for Megahertz and Vice-President of Sales for the Mobile Communications Division of USRobotics, both acquired by the 3Com Corporation. After the acquisitions, he became the Vice President of Channel Sales for 3Com where he was responsible for a $2.2 billion annual revenue objective for all of 3Com’s product offerings, while managing approximately 250 people. Mr. Keough’s other management positions include, Director of Western U.S. Sales for the Andrew Corporation, Data Sales Manager for AT&T Information Systems, and as a Sales Training Instructor/Marketing Representative for IBM. Mr. Keough earned both an Executive MBA and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.
Gary Crook – Chairman of the Audit Committee, has a strong background in Finance having served as CFO of SOS Staffing, guiding the company from its 1995 IPO on NASDAQ through subsequent secondary offerings. Preceding SOS he was Vice President, Controller for Alpha Beta Company a subsidiary of American Stores Company. He coordinated the merger between Alpha Beta and Lucky Stores creating a major grocery retailer. He presently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations For INTEQ Group Inc, a pharmacy benefits management company with over 1,000 clients and a network of over 50,000 pharmacies.
Steven
L. Phillips – Board Member, has in-depth legal and international business development
experience. Presently he serves as the Assistant
General Counsel of CMS Energy, a multi billion-dollar
global energy company. Since joining CMS in 1996
his primary responsibilities have been acquisition,
development, financing and disposition of energy
infrastructure companies and assets throughout
Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
